| We are looking for a Procurement Specialist for Indirect Business to join our Sourcing Team based in Madrid. Our company is leader in the elevator and escalator industry. we provides its customers with industry-leading elevators, escalators, doors and innovative solutions for maintenance and modernization. Procurement Team is a team of professionals aiming to support Business by involving best Suppliers in terms of quality, timely delivery and price. We help Business from tender phase till final implementation of Customer Orders. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: – Implement global procurement policy/strategy for the key Indirect categories, and create comprehensive network of competitive suppliers supporting the company. – Map and develop relationships with key stakeholders within the relevant functions using a strong account management approach. – Obtain and manage savings and increase of the spend under Procurement influence, earlier involvement of Procurement in the Process. – Continuous increase of the spend under contract within the assigned categories. – Source and select suppliers, negotiate contract terms, SLA’s and prices. – Manage suppliers’ relationships: SLA, quality issues, risks, complaints etc. – Coordinates projects & sourcing activities. – Propose improvement of the procurement process and policies. – Benchmarking against best practices in other companies. | |

| – Education: Bachelor’s Degree – Work experience: 4 + years of Indirect procurement experience – Functional Skills: – Solid Indirect Procurement experience specially in Car Fleet Management and telecomunications. – Stakeholder Management Skills. – Behavioral Skills: – English is a must and Italian would be appreciated. – Strong knowledge about SAP & Excel. – Strong negotiation skills and experience – Confidentiality, Trust and Integrity. – Must have a collaborative style and an ability to persuade, motivate in all directions within the organization – to sell up, to motivate down and to cross sell to peers is essential to success. – Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. – Excellent communication skills (written & verbal). – Strategic thinker. – Detail-oriented and organized. – Good planning and prioritization skills. – Ability to thrive in multi-tasking environment. – Can-do attitude, solution-oriented, not afraid to execute. – Tenacity. – Change agent. |
